At Engø Gård, we are concerned with sustainability and the environment. In the kitchen, we use food that we produce ourselves in addition to food from the local area.

Engø Gård is Eco-Fyre certified, which means that we have made effective environmental improvements in areas such as the working environment, waste management, energy use, purchasing and transport.
