Engø Gård is looking for a breakfast chef, cooks and dishwasher help for one of Norway's best hotels and restaurants, in fantastic surroundings on idyllic Tjøme.

For over 20 years, Engø Gård has been known for food and wine in good harmony. We are constantly developing in the search for an even better guest experience, and the surroundings, service, food and drink must be of top quality.

You will help safeguard and continue our good reputation together with the rest of the Engø team. It will be important that the guests' expectations of the experience at Engø Gård are met with a focus on quality and service. At Engø, we are concerned that all meals must maintain a high standard, both breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner must be of the highest quality.

We prepare food according to season and availability, and take pride in the food and drink being locally produced, and collaborate a lot with local farmers/producers & winemakers.

 

The positions can be taken up as soon as possible.

 

Work:

  • Service oriented with the ability to create good guest experiences

  • Flexible and hardworking

  • Positive and quality conscious

  • Professionally skilled and dedicated, with an eye for detail 

  • Good communication skills, both Norwegian and English
