In order to strengthen our organization and meet increased demand, we are now looking for a Sales Manager for a newly created position with us. You will become part of a professional team and a good working environment. You will play a central role in an important investment area for Engø Gård. Your exuberant commitment and your high productivity will help to achieve new goals and create a high-performing company culture. Commitment and quality in the work carried out is a strength of yours, and you will contribute to our sales department delivering in accordance with the expectations and targets that have been set.

For over 20 years, Engø Gård has been known for accommodation, food and wine in good harmony. We are constantly developing in the search for an even better guest experience. Surroundings, service, food and drink must be of top quality.

As Sales Manager, you will help safeguard and continue our good reputation together with the rest of the Engø team. 

The position takes effect during the first quarter.


  • Sales responsibility with own budget

  • Relationship-building work and follow-up of selected customers, as well as seeking out new ones

  • Responsibility for own customer portfolio

  • Customer contact and viewings with existing and new customers

  • Keep an eye out for new opportunities in the market

Characteristics and qualifications: 

  • Should have worked in a similar position previously

  • Advantage with knowledge of and familiarity with Vestfold

  • Distinct relationship builder who works well in a team

  •  Targeted, structured and quality-oriented

  • Credible with the ability to build trust with the customer

  •  Flexible, great work capacity and thrives at a fast pace

  •  Service oriented with the ability to create good guest experiences

  • Professionally skilled and dedicated, with an eye for detail

  •  Good communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
